Data protection

This communique' is provided in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/2003 known as the "Personal data protection law",(belonging from Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data) which safeguards individuals and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal information.
        
        In accordance with the above decree, TRUDI collects from its users only the information necessary for carrying out the order and undertakes not to use it, without the explicit consent of the customer which can be given by registering in the ''reserved area'', for sending advertising material and commercial information. In any case, the personal information collected for the above purposes can be communicated only to the manager of the e-commerce website of Trudi S.p.A. for performance of the user registration procedures and collection and management of the orders. Said information will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties extraneous to the procedures described.  
        
        TRUDI takes great care of the personal information of its customers and ensures that processing of the data provided is performed exclusively by subjects appointed by TRUDI for said processing. The processing is performed by automated procedures using electronic equipment protected by the prescribed safety measures which are constantly updated in order to ensure suitability.  
        By registering, the customer declares that he has taken note of this communique' and gives his consent to the communication of his personal information and processing of the same, for the purposes and by the subjects specified in the communique', acknowledging that if consent is not given, the order cannot be carried out. 
        The customer is entitled to exercise, at any time, the rights established by article 7 of the above-mentioned law. In particular he can obtain confirmation of the existence of information concerning him, communication thereof and indication of the processing rationale and purposes, in addition to cancellation, correction or updating of the same and also, if necessary and for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing. 
        The data processor is Trudi S.p.A. with registered office in Via A. Angeli 120 - 33017 Tarcento (UD).
        The subjects entitled to exercise the rights in accordance with art. 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/03 can request, by letter sent to the above address, the detailed list of all those responsible for processing of the personal information.
